If you are not completely satisfied with our product and service for any reason and do not wish to continue using our service, you may return your device for a full refund within the first 60 days.

We will provide instructions to ship your device back to us. You MUST provide a tracking number for any devices returned to us; if the device is lost in transit, you will be responsible for the cost of the device. With a tracking number we might be able to track it down. Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt for us to test and verify that your device is in good working order and is eligible for the money back guarantee.
A device returned with any of the following conditions is not eligible for the money back guarantee:
- A device that has been opened, unless you have been specifically directed to do so by us
- A device showing evidence of tampering
- A device for which software has been edited or changed in any way by anyone other than Btracking
- A device that has been used for a purpose for which it is not intended or designed for
- A damaged device
