Lifetime Warranty

Before being shipped, every Btracking device undergoes rigorous quality control and testing to ensure top-notch performance. We’re extremely confident in the quality we deliver, which is why we offer a lifetime guarantee for every device for which a continuous subscription has been maintained with Btracking. In all other situations we provide a one year warranty from date of purchase.

Our Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Software and programming defects
  • Hardware failure for reason other than the exceptions listed herein

Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • A device that has been opened, unless you have been specifically directed to do so by us
  • A device showing evidence of tampering
  • A device for which software has been edited or changed in any way by anyone other than Btracking
  • A device that has been used for a purpose for which it is not intended or designed for
  • A damaged device
  • A device which has been lost or stolen

If You Need To Replace a Device Under Warranty

Please report the issue one of the following ways:

We will provide instructions to ship your device back to us.  You MUST provide a tracking number for any devices returned to us, and preferably a photo of the package; if you do not and the device does not arrive, you will be responsible for the full cost of the device. If you provide a tracking number, we might be able to track it down. Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for us to test and verify the issue, if it is eligible for replacement under warranty, that the device subscription has been continuously maintained, and your account is current.

Once verified, your device will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you within 5 business days at no charge.

If, at the sole discretion of Btracking, the device is not eligible for repair or replacement under warranty, you may pay for repair (if repair is possible), or purchase a replacement.
